Firstly I want to say how surreal it is to be writing an "about me"section instead of reading one. This project seems to have taken years of doubt to finally progress and I am so happy that it finally has. For those who are still bothered to read my babble, my name is Brooke and it is with great pleasure that I introduce myself and this blog.
For the entirety of my 21 years, I have been raised in a household that revolves around passion for food, flavour and most of all eating wholesome, non pretentious meals.
This passion was bestowed to me as I embrace my cultural and ethnic heritage through my cooking today as an adult.
